Welcome to
Horizon Minds
We empower young minds with real-world skills to navigate today’s rapidly evolving world. Our progam is designed to foster a love for learning and uniquely combines business education, financial literacy, and mindset development.
Why Real-World Skills Matter Early
Research consistently shows that today’s students need more than a solid academic foundation to thrive in an increasingly dynamic world. Traditional academic programmes fall short in providing crucial real-world skills like budgeting, entrepreneurial thinking, effective communication, financial literacy, and emotional resilience. At Horizon Minds, we complement the school curriculum by equipping students with these essential skills to prepare them for success beyond the classroom.

Why Horizon Minds
We offer a unique learning experience that goes beyond typical online classes, blending EYFS-aligned standards with exciting, hands-on activities that captivate and engage young learners. Led by a certified Executive Coach, with over 15 years experience in business management, our small groups ensure each child gets the attention they need while having fun with interactive projects that bring concepts to life.

FAQs
What is Horizon Minds?
Horizon Minds is a unique programme for children in years 3, 4, 5 and 6. We combine business education and financial literacy with mindset development. We teach essential skills like confidence, resilience, leadership, and financial literacy to equip the next generation to thrive in a fast-changing world.
Why was Horizon Minds Created?
Horizon Minds was created to empower children with essential skills often missing in traditional education. As a certified Executive Coach, our founder worked with many adults who struggled with confidence, resilience, and a growth mindset, often due to gaps in these areas from a young age. Driven by a passion to make a difference, and inspired by a desire to equip her own three children with these vital skills, she developed Horizon Minds to teach children how to embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and approach life with confidence.
How long is each class, and where do they take place?
Online classes run for 45 minutes and co-curricular classes within schools run for an hour. If we aren’t available in your school yet, contact krishna@horizonminds.co.uk to register your interest.
What is the class size, and will my child receive individual attention?
We keep class sizes small, tailoring them according to the age of your child, to ensure each child gets personalised and relevant support in developing their skills.
What can my child expect to learn?
In the first term, children will engage in dynamic activities that build their awareness of businesses, from what they are, why they exist, to how they can be profitable. As well as, what a growth mindset is, why it is important to have one and how to grow it. Children will also get hands-on with developing their own business ideas that meet a need, creating a brand and building a simple business plan.
